I was talking with someone recently about the idea of "unconscious competencies" those talents we have but think are "no big deal" because we assume "everyone can do this"
One of the reasons I value client feedback is because they often tell me surprising reasons why they like working with me. Again, things I don't think are a big deal like working from a place of integrity. But it IS a big deal and worth sharing in my marketing!
And I think it’s the thing you think is no big deal that someone else thinks is a BIG deal. Those are your people? Those are the people who want to work with you.
